The TechHub in Ahuriri is a great example of Integrated Energys’ sustainability initiative. This former woolshed was redeveloped into a modern, multi-let office space housing several New Zealand tech firms. With a large, pitched roof area and uninterrupted sunlight hours this site is perfectly situated to harness the energy of the sun. The site has two solar arrays running through inverters which feedback real time information while reducing electricity consumption from the grid by 30,000 kWh per year on average.
