Multi-Use Property

Although small, this building is perfectly situated to harness the power of solar energy. With a pitched roof and uninterrupted skyline, this multi-tenanted space has benefited from the inclusion of solar supplying a significant portion of their daytime energy use.

The system was tailored to ensure the energy generated was consumed during the operational hours of a busy cafe, chiropractic clinic and art gallery; providing maximum benefit to these customers.
